Special Features
1.Gantry Synchronization Axis Control
The gantry synchronization axis function enables multiple pairs of feed axes to move with zero mechanical deviation simultaneously. The system quickly processes closed-loop control for synchronized axes, supporting SSI and other absolute serial bus encoders to enhance gantry synchronization performance and efficiency. For machines driven by dual or multiple motors, master-slave tension can be set to effectively eliminate transmission backlash and improve mechanical system rigidity.
2.Dual-Channel Program Management Function
Each channel independently manages its own machining files and edits processes separately. Machining files and variable parameters can be shared, and multiple channels support synchronous waiting with a minimum synchronization cycle of 0.5ms.
3.Dialog-Based Intelligent Editing Module
Through dialog-based editing, by inputting corresponding data, the system automatically generates the corresponding machining program. This significantly reduces the operator’s workload, is easy to operate and learn, and features comprehensive functions supporting planar milling, cavity milling, contour milling, drilling, and tapping.
