Featured Functions
1.Multi-spindle tapping
Advanced controller supports up to 10 high-speed tapping modules, achieving multi-product output on a single machine. The same program can designate tapping spindles as needed and combine tapping for increased efficiency.
2.Tool tip control RTCP function
The controller provides 3D tool length compensation. Customers only need to calculate workpiece contour coordinates in CAM software; the system automatically computes the tool tip position, ensuring the tool tip stays on the machined contour surface.
3.Five-axis machine automatic measurement function
Combined with 5-axis RTCP rotation vector compensation, effectively solves machining accuracy loss caused by rotary axis tilt.
Works with touch-trigger probe for automatic measurement of rotation center and rotation vector.

4.CAD intelligent drawing module
