Equipment Overview
Structure:
Pressing Section:
Includes both fixed and movable pressing foot.
Positioning Axis:
Controls tool head positioning.
Feeding Axis:
Controls the width of the V-groove.
Grooving Axis:
Responsible for cutting the V-groove.
Function Overview – Overlapping Function
The grooving axis works in conjunction with the downward-cutting axis to avoid positioning cutting actions.
By enabling early down-cutting and lifting actions, this function shortens the machining time and improves efficiency.
From a top view, the groove pattern resembles a “swing” motion.
Function Overview – Graphic Display
Method 1:
Generate graphics from table data. The system parses table values and displays the unfolded shape on a canvas to help operators clearly understand processing details.
Method 2:
Draw the unfolded part directly on the canvas. The system automatically converts the shape into table data.
Both methods offer users a comprehensive programming and operating experience.
Function Overview – Offline Editing
Provides an offline editing platform—no need to program next to the machine. Easily create programs from the office.
Supports one-step QR code scanning for fast data import.
Includes traditional table-based and drawing-based programming. Additionally offers 3D visualization for clearer final product representation.
Process Algorithms – Inner Radius, Outer Radius, Standard Modes
Designed to align with grooving machine processes and bending requirements, the system includes comprehensive process algorithms to handle various scenarios.
