1. Inclined Axis Machining (Y-axis Interpolation)
The inclined axis system mainly addresses the function of programming in an imaginary coordinate system (Cartesian system) while executing in an inclined coordinate system.The conversion between coordinates and movements is automatically completed by the system.
2. Spindle Speed Variation Control (SSV Technology)
During lathe machining, the SSV spindle speed variation control technology continuously changes the spindle speed to reduce the impact of turning vibrations. It effectively solves the problem of chatter when machining long bars without tailstock support, ensuring surface finish quality and reducing tool wear.
