4. Compatible with standard CNC MACRO calculations, with developed instruction and decimal point redefinition, facilitating easier customization for non-standard motion.

 

Hardware Introduction

1. Input interfaces: receive signals from external devices such as machine panel buttons, sensors (position, temperature, etc.), and external CNC programs. Common interfaces include USB and Ethernet, enabling flexible device connection and data transfer.

2. Output interfaces: output processed control signals to machine actuators like motors, solenoid valves, indicator lights, controlling machine movement, actions, and status display. Signal types must match connected devices to ensure accurate transmission and execution.

3. Equipped with a 7-inch touchscreen for displaying CNC operation interface, machining programs, parameters, machine status, and alarms, facilitating operator monitoring and control.

4. Communication capability with external devices, such as data transmission with upper computers (e.g., PCs) for remote monitoring, program transfer, system upgrades; or networking with other CNC devices for coordinated multi-machine operation and centralized management.

5. High-resolution color display for clearer visuals.

6. Supports ultra-long power-off data retention for reliable real-time user data recording.

7. Uses high-performance CPU as the CNC system core processor, handling various CNC instructions, programs, and computations with fast response and high efficiency.

8. USB 3.0 interface for faster program transfer and import.
